As a customer you are entitled to be treated fairly. Delivering justice means the level of service that you receive is as high as that received by any other customer. It also means that in the unlikely event of a problem, the matter is addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.
As a customer you are entitled to receive a detailed report of the work performed on your vehicle and full disclosure of our labor rates, applicable warranties and payment policies.
